Thank You Suite 101Suite 101 has often provided useful references to some of the articles I write for health magazines. Little did I know that I would join this fabulous resource! Thank you for sending new articles to subscribers. This is so exciting! I have battled to keep in touch with peole who hear my talks or visit the website. A Health Enthusiast or Simply Curious?

I spend many hours answering questions after radio talks. I try to provide simple solutions to health problems. It is not my job and I do not get paid for it. I am the researcher and product developer for our company that makes health products. I am not obliged to give out medical advice. Having said that – please understand that it has become my passion!

The thrill of seeing people apply the missing piece of the puzzle to their lives is reward enough. All the babies that have been born after years of trying everything and the weight that drops off heavy tired bodies. The increased bone density in crumbled hips and the dramatic effect on sexual performance keep one curious about herbs and minerals.

Get to the Cause

If the underlying cause of your ailment has not been accurately identified your quest for health can become an expensive and futile pursuit. Who knew that polycystic ovaries and fibrocystic breasts tell us there is an iodine deficiency? Who knew that low stomach acid actually causes heartburn? Parasites play a major role in upsetting all aspects of our health. Wheat or gluten intolerance causes so much misery and needs to be eliminated if medication or supplementation does not work properly. Eat for your blood type. But do we? So let us go back to the kitchen to correct the mistakes as we go!
